Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Hair Potion. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be at least 50% full and in its original packaging. Please contact us at admin@remymade.shop with your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that are less than 50% full or that have been contaminated.
